VAMPLEN™ 2528 V0 CB: An outstanding solution for a huge variety of applications

VAMP TECH expands their VAMPLEN ™ 2528 V0 CB certification portfolio.

The material obtained the HL3 classification for the R5 risk class according to the European railway transport standard EN45545-2, which makes it suitable to be used in the construction of air conditioning systems (HVAC) for train carriages.

VAMPLEN ™ 2528 V0 CB is a PP based compound reinforced with 25% glass fiber and halogen-free flame retardant. It has UL yellow card and it shows good fire resistance properties (V0 at 1.5 mm), excellent CTI (600 V), GWFI 850 ° C and GWIT 775 ° C.

With regards to the EN45545-2 standard, VAMPLEN ™ 2528 V0 CB also has the HL3 classification for R6 (passenger seats) and R22 / R23 (electrical/electronic components).

Thanks to its characteristics it is the ideal solution for many sectors: from household appliances to electric/electronic components up to public transport and E-mobility.
